Bye, Bye Anemia and Obesity

See ya later Anemia and Higher LDL! These are the results of my recent Blood work. My LDL was 138  my HDL was 53 and my Blood sugar was too low before. My BMI went from overweight to being normal. My blood pressure is a little high- but my doctor said that mine fluctuates so much that she isn't worried about it. The last few times I got it checked it was 120/82, 133/76, 111/80 etc.. I just got nervous and it is never consistent! I feel GREAT!

These are the results of Brandon's  recent blood work. His HDL 45, LDL 129, BMI went from being Obese to being only needing to lose 5 Lbs (he also got weighed with all of his clothes and boots on- so this could be skewed) to be Normal weight. His blood sugar was a little high before but now it is at a perfect level.

My doctor is great because they give us all these records through an online data tracker. The results show what it should be at to be normal and what ours are and what unhealthy results would be. Green checks for good, yellow checks for marginal and red exclamation marks for bad (We didn't get any of them!).

What does this mean?
This means Brandon and I are fully in love with our new lifestyle change. The energy we both have and the way we feel, the weight we lost- I think we will continue with the way we are eating now. We feel fantastic and in just 3 months, it is obvious that it works for us.
