It has been a while since my last post.
I have still been doing medifast and I am feeling great! I have been modifying some of my medifasting. I decided to to weekdays on full time and then I am doing under 1300 calories on the weekend. This is helping me train for my triathlon on the weekends when I am doing my long training days. I am still losing weight and feeling very healthy. I don't feel tired when I get home from work and tonight I was able to swim about 36 laps at the pool after working all day. Then I came home and cooked chicken and a salad for dinner. After dinner I did some work and now I am about to do 45 min of Zumba.
I think that the best part about this new routine is that I am eating what I want (kind of like Weight watchers) on the weekends and it is helping me not to crave junk food on the weekdays.

Over a Month in
It's been a while since my last post. Since my last post, I have made it over a month. I am down a full pants size and I feel great! I am posting to talk about some things I have noticed.
1.) I will not drink juice or sugary drinks anymore, I have even thought about cutting out alcohol- minus a glass of wine maybe once a week, it isn't really worth it to me to add those extra calories in drinks.
2.) I realize that weekends are still hard but I am making better choices even though I don't feel pressure to continue doing medifast. I only signed up to do it for 30 days- it's day 37 and I just placed another full order.
3.) Medifast has another benefit besides digestion and weightloss. My skin is more clear. I noticed this week that I haven't used my cover up in about a month!
4.) During superbowl, I ate chips, cheese, cake and a brownie--EEEEK! I realized after my eating that I was very tired and sluggish. Today I was very strict and I have a ton of energy. It's amazing with food does to your body!
Okay, I made my order and I wanted to share a monthly coupon code for you.
Feb28H will save you $50 on orders $250 or more.
Feb28H25 will save you $25 on orders $150 or more.
